Our online returns policy
Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by post or in one of our stores. Returns within 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an e-merchandise credit emailed. For most mail-in returns, we will deduct the restocking fee from your refund. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. . Eligible pressitonex.com items must be returned to the pressitonex.com seller.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please begin returning all items and include a receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email for each order in the package.
For most mail-in returns, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed. You will receive a refund notification from us once your return has been processed, and the refund will take an additional 1-3 business days to be credited to your original payment method.
Please note: pressitonex.com is not responsible for any items not purchased from pressitonex.com that are returned to us in error.

If you are making an exchange, please be sure to ship any items you are returning within 30 days to avoid being charged a fee. Your exchange order will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
